You have to be in a Virgin Media cable area. You can check by going to Virgin's site and putting in your postcode

The Virgin Media TiVo
The Virgin Media TiVo box is a high-spec hard disk recorder that can handle high definition (HD) broadcasts - Two versions are available:
- 1TB TiVo box - Records 500 hours of standard TV and 100 hours of HD.
- 500GB TiVo box - Record a 250 hours of standard TV or 50 hours of HD.
The TiVo box allows you to pause and rewind live TV, and even record not just one, but two separate channels while you watch a third. The advanced 'Search' feature lets you find content by your favourite actor, director or genre.
The TiVo box also learns what you watch and automatically records what you might like, based on yuor viewing preferences - You can also access Facebook, Twitter and YouTube onscreen from your Virgin TiVo box.
